  • Foundation of Romsat company. Development and launch into mass production its own satellite receiver model.

  • Start of distribution of the satellite reception equipment EchoStar and Pace.

  • Distribution of Cable TV equipment such as WISI, IKUSI, Trilogy and Promax.

  • Deployment of the first Ukrainian satellite content delivery network for STB.

  • Foundation of the program of training seminars for cable TV operators. Implementation of the first hybrid fiber-coaxial (HFC) network system for IVK in Ukraine, Kiev. Beginning of distribution and complex integration of Harmonic Inc equipment. “Turnkey” construction of cable TV network for Kharkiv Ukrtelecom Directorate. Formation of the Design Department. Design and installation of cable network deployment TRK Nadezhda, Doneck. Design and construction of a network of satellite receiving stations for SOE Ukrkosmos.

  • Distribution of corning optical cable and components of fiber-optic communication lines. Registration and issue of Telesweet magazine – print edition for cable TV market. Formation of Audio-visual Equipment and Security Systems Departments. Introduction of transmission systems in to the cable TV network. Motorola DOCSIS equipment distribution.

  • Implementation of digital TV technology. Distribution of Tandberg Television equipment. Organization of metrological maintenance of PROMAX equipment. Equipment certification, accreditation and calibration of service center.

  • Start work with active network equipment. Romsat takes the prize in EBRD competition with the business project for the construction of cable TV network in Kharkiv.

  • Romsat takes an active part in preparation of the Eurovision Song Contest 2005, for which it receives an NTCU Award. Romsat is recognized as the best distributor of SAMSUNG satellite receivers in Europe. Romsat is recognized as the best distributor of networking Edgcore equipment in the world.

  • Distribution of measuring and TV transmitting equipment. Signing of a partnership contract with the Rhode & Schwarz. Opening of a new service center in Kiev.

  • Formation of technological solutions for online TV coverage. Broadcasting of FC Sevastopol football matches.

  • Opening ROMSAT representation in Georgia. Romsat is construct a national network of digital TV DVB-T2 as the general contractor of the operator Zeonbud.

  • Development, preparation for production and distribution of set-top boxes and CAM-modules for network DVB-T2.

  • Implementation of the project OTT Smart TV for VOLIA in partnership with companies: Envivio, Verimatrix, Anivia, Minerva and Enton. Opening ROMSAT representation in Bulgaria.
